Gluten Free Carrot Peach Smoothie

What a perfectly peachy keen way to begin the morning…..with a Gluten Free Carrot Peach Smoothie. Just look at the color! This smoothie is just packed with nutrients. And it honestly tastes really delicious! Smoothies aren’t just for breakfast, they are a great snack throughout the day. Such a good pick me up treat. Super easy and quick to make. Would also be a great after school snack for the kiddos or a refreshing cold dessert on a hot Summer evening.

Gluten Free Carrot Peach Smoothie

CARROT PEACH SMOOTHIE 3 fat carrots, peeled and cut in large chunks 1 1/2 cup frozen peaches 1/2 Tbsp ginger root 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 lemon, peeled and cut in half, take out visible seeds 1/4 cup coconut water

Add ingredients to a vitamin container/blender. Select Variable 1 and start machine. Slowly increase to its highest speed and blend for 45 seconds. Makes 2 small servings.


What a colorful way to begin the day! Just knowing all of the nutrients going into your body is a burst of goodness for your brain!


The coconut water is very hydrating and the turmeric is an anti-inflammatory. Carrots are an antioxidant and loaded with beta carotene which converts to Vitamin A in your body. Did you know peaches are also an antioxidant and loaded with Vitamin C?! This smoothie has so much going on.

I bought my Vitamix at the New York State Fair last summer. It was a great investment for my nutrition and it cuts down the time spent on food prep tremendously!
