The Smoky Mountain Chicken is a delicious chicken breast, topped with bacon, swiss and cheddar cheeses, as well as barbecue sauce. Then they add lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. All inside a gluten free bun! You may choose to go without the bun if you prefer to cut down on the carbs.
Steamed Broccoli is a favorite side for me wherever I am eating. Can’t get enough veggies as far as I am concerned! The Garden Bar is something else that is so delicious at Ruby Tuesday. To help avoid cross contamination, I typically choose each fresh ingredient from the rear of the dish or container it’s in. There are 55 colorful and fresh ingredients on the garden bar. Just be sure to avoid the croutons. I also avoid the nuts because if someone uses the nut spoon for their croutons, the nuts are then contaminated.
When traveling Ruby Tuesday is one of the restaurants that I look for on the “food” signs along the highways. If it’s not too far off the beaten path, I can just pull off the highway, have a clean bathroom to freshen up and a nice meal to eat that puts me in a good mood to get back on my journey.
